Position Overview
Clinical Supervisor - Ellie Mental Health
Required Skills/Abilities
- Doctoral Degree or higher in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with an Ohio-issued clinical practice license.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee peer consultation groups to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
- Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.
- Participate in CD Peer Consult Group.
- Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
- Prepare and sub it individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness and implement changes in collaboration with clinic owner.
- Maintain own client case load of 15-20 clients/ week.
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Franchise Owner.

Compensation: $72,700.00 - $125,000.00 per year
